Let me guess -- were you the victim of this fight?

For a city that's supposed to be tolerant, it seems like Seattle has a mean bus system.

If you do have to move back to Texas and you decide to move back to the northwest later on, have you thought about Portland? Heard it's a real nice city, with a better transit system.

Public transit is full of mouth-breathing bottom feeders no matter where you are. Scraggly toothless people who haven't bathed in months and high on god knows what, drunk frat boys partying where they think the driver can't see them, conspiracy theorists who corner you and berate you for half an hour about secret one world-government mind probes that Nicolai Tesla invented for a time-travelling Dick Cheney, you name it. I watched two skinheads beat the living shit out of a Native kid as he tried to get off the bus and away from them at a stop in Victoria, and I wasn't even on the bus at the time, just following it. Meanwhile a Seattle bus driver has finally been fired from his job after police realized he'd been dealing crack cocaine from his bus for two years.

Walking or driving for me, thanks. I will take public transit if it's a dire emergency, but only then.
