I thought it couldn't be that bad, but then I read the Wikipedia article.

The only thing more deserving of a "pulling something out of one's ass" description I've seen on TV was Captain Jack's way of dealing with two threatening female robots in Doctor Who by pulling out a laser gun while naked... and that was a LITERAL description.

If I had followed this series such an ending would have killed it for me.
