It seems the Mission Drive In isn't going to be showing Star Wars. I know Lucas is a bitch about who gets his movies, but come on....this is the ultimate Drive In movie.
Are they equipped to play pure digital movies? Remember, there are no prints of Star Wars II right now -- it's all data (which means that in 100 years only i and IV-VI may survive if Lucas gets too paranoidi about bootlegging).
Episode II was FILMED digitally, but will not be projected digitally everywhere. Lucas made a big stink about how only digital projectors will show Star Wars II. If he did that, only about ten screens in the whole US would be showing it. He's decided to save that ultimatum for Episode III, and Episode II will be on celluloid in 95% of the US. Most screens with digital sound (Which the Mission has (grumble) will be getting Episode II.
