Y'know what stinks about having a spouse in the home improvement industry? He'll take one look at a gorgeous Painted Lady somewhere and dismiss it with a "Look at all the upkeep it'll need!" kind of remark.
I say, labor on -- it's worth it to live in such a gem. :)

If I live in a shack in the woods, I'm GOING TO HAVE that patio.
