I knew about Gordon Bennett (I love Ace in Dr. Who), and even used it in an unused script (The voice of Carrie is Nikki Bloomfield, who is British), when the "Actress" playing Carrie reveals she's British.

Didn't know it was Cockney Rhyming Slang, though!
