Wow. An honsestly helpful insurance rep, who proceeded to tell me my temp cards were misprinted, and real cards are misprinted, too. @_@ But at least she told me EXACTLY what they need for processing, and where to find it, and how they're going to fix it, as well as the proper information for getting all these meds taken care of. It's nice to talk to someone helpful, but I trust them as far as I can throw them.
