Blood sugar 75 this morning. Headache may have had something to do with that. Wonder if checking only twice a week really is a good idea.

I've never ever heard twice a week. Twice a day maybe but when you are taking insulin you need to know where you are at.

Yeah, I couldn't tell what was going on over the week. So I'm going to a three time a day check. I'm seriously losing faith in my doctor. She's really starting to come across as a flake.

Good Doctors are hard to come by. Maybe she meant to say two times a day and got mixed up? Mine does that sometimes so I always question everything several times. I've learned to be hypervigilant with them over the years. When I am good, which I was for years and years I have always tested at least three times a day before meals so I knew what was appropriate to be eating, what insulin to take etc. Since I just got put back on Novolog I have to get back to that. I kind of took a few years off from giving a shit about my disease..bad me.
