In Book 10 of the Polychronicon, an Amnesiac Zand recieves a set of books chronicling his 2,000 years of life. It's supposed to be a hard thing for him to read, since, by this time, the Zand Who Was was a very nasty person, and the Amnesiac Zand is a very kind and gentle person. The revelation spurs him to atone for his actions in Book 10.

However, after watching an episode of Cowboy Bebop last night, I'm adding a twist. He reads the journals backwards. Seeing what a monster he was, and then slowly regressing back to his more innocent self. Until he reads the first journal entry.

The text there is verbatim from Cowboy Bebop. But it's something I think would be fitting for the first page of an eight year old's diary:

In your time, I'm no longer here, but...I am here today.
And I'll always be cheering for you, right here.
Cheering for you...my own self.

I need to get these stories on paper one day. What you're reading up there is just words...but in my head, I'm driven to tears by it. Simply because I KNOW what has happened.

I need to get these on paper....

DECISION TIME.

I've decided to put the Polychronicon on paper.

BUT

YOU, THE VIEWER AT HOME,

SHALL DECIDE.

Should it be a comic, or a prose novelization?

The screenplay I wrote for the first episode/first chapter is here:

Now - NOVEL - WEBCOMIC? YOU DECIDE!

Here's hoping that someone out there managed to ge the big Neo Geo wallpaper the site was offering before it shut down. I lost it in my last hard drive crash and now I can't find it anywhere.

Most apperciated if you could send it along.
