Wow, it's 4:30 and I'm all done with the webpages, reading usenet, looking for work and still have a half hour before bed.
NICE!
Today I showed Dean some Battlestar Galactica after we had a rousing conversation about the wonderfulness of
Patrick MacNee. The episode I showed him...
War of the Gods. I forgot how cool this episode is. Just...Wow. Epic feel, war of good and evil, with innocents in between. Spectacular looks for Good and Evil. Good stuff.
Other than that, my timne was spent learning CSS, and deciding that, while CSS is a nice set of tools, CSS can only make things like a horrible garish 1970s freakout. I will try again later, but not for my main web pages.
I have a story in my head that WILL NOT go away. And I made it worse. :)
I promised that at least the PUNCH LINE of that story would appear in AWFW, and now they're giving me every horrible detail of it. It's a Faith, Hope and Charity story about how they learned to fake independence. The thing is, if I told it, it would take a LONG time to tell, and turn AWFW into The FH&C Show.
I'll prolly write it in prose, something Ihaven't done in a LONG time (Yes, I say I write a lot, but it's not really writing, it's REALLY intricate PLOTTING).
I'm wondering if I write the story out, if one day I'll illustrate it. It's actually kinda funny and I CAN'T GET IT OUT OF MY HEAD!
