I just wanted to pass along a note commending the excellent customer service that was afforded me by one of your support reps, Jenn Dolari. I called for service on my laptop on Sunday and was treated in a fair and professional manner from start to finish. Having started my IT career in phone support, I know how difficult it can be (especially on the weekend shift!), so it is always refreshing to get someone on the other end who does their job well.
