(no subject)

Emily's time here is down to the last week, and, I dunno about her, but I've had a real blast with her. There have been a lot of ups, and a couple of downs, and a few things we'll have to work through (what new couple doesn't have those?), but in all...I'm very very very glad she's here. I hope she feels the same.

This Thrusday evening begins a four day weekend I negotiated with my manager to have off. The evening of the 17th will begind a four day weekend I have with her, all to myself. We will hit the moviegasm on the 19th (so everyone can meet the darling Canadian, or have a chance to say goodbye if you've already met her).

The 18th or 20th, I'm hoping for a trip to Royer's Round Top cafe in Round Top as a Nice Farewell Dinner (If we go friday, I'll buy a Sinnamon Pie for the moviegasm :9 ). I'm sure whatever that "leftover day" will be will more'n'likely be another roadtrip. Then the 21st, most likely in the wee hours of the morning, I'll be seeing my love off to Canada, and using the rest of the day to miss her terribly.

Speaking of roadtrips, I've been lax in letting everyone know where we're going, what we're doing and how much fun we're having (as well as how many miles we're putting on the pickup, athough that's more Emily's department).

So. To make up for it, I'll post the three roadtrips in the next three entries. :) You're going to hear about Portuguese Man O Wars, Granite Mountains and closed restauants we managed to get into. And hopefully, soon, you'll be able to SEE what we've done in the Gallery. :)
