Grilled Twizzlers are yummy, too.
Jan. 26th, 2011 12:01 amThe weight loss continues (minus a little three pound burp from last week's experiment). Last time I posted this without the numbers, because I was kind of embarrassed about my weight. This time I'm leaving it on, to show the loss.
The first break on that list was after being laid off from AwesomeJob to the day I left for Texas. The next break was the whole Texas Vacation, and the final break was "I'm back from Texas, but this Bronchitis is killing me (Which ended up being part of the DKA)" to "Okay, I'm out of the hospital."
The blood sugars are also going down as well. They changed the amount of times I check per day, which has made the new numbers jump up a bit (I was checking before meals before, now I check before breakfast, one hour after dinner and before bed). Here're the numbers BEFORE the new regime.
I like to think I'm doing okay....
