Had a night of weird dreams, where I saw my cousins for the first time in 15 years, and they allwanted to do everything we'd missed out. Which apparently involves a lot of soccer. An exhausting amount of soccer....

Did a bad thing today. Lost my cool. All tech support jobs really need a method where you stop, apologize for the delay, then hand the phone over to someone else before you have a brain aneurism from trying not to say terrible things.
