Noticing that my stress/depression days are getting longer and more frequent. Starting to wonder if the depression is overpowering the meds.

The person next to my property in Texas is selling 10 acres for $99750. If that's the going price, my property is probably worth $5000. Huh.

Just realized dad bought hi original 10 acres in 1982 for $2500-3000. My remaining half acre is DOUBLE the original price of the full ten!

Never gonna sell, though. The view of the Hill Country that half acre has is worth more than a man's soul.
