As for my take on the Chelsea Manning issue...I'm glad she made her decision. I'm sorry it took all this to get her to it. We each reach our decisions points in different ways. But there is usually one thing in common: pain.

Just cause I forgot to mention it...I finally DID go through as much of Voyager as I could stand. Went through all seven season,skipping episodes when they became headache inducingly bad. The verdict? If you skip the bad episodes, Voyager can be surprisingly good at times.

But when you look over the number of episodes I skipped, when I thought they were bad...it amounted to almost two full seasons. It's an incredibly mixed bag of tasty granola mixed in with pebbles.

You know what is driving me bonkers at this new job? Searching the Web for troubleshooting tips, and seeing a billion videos, but no text steps. I don't want to put my callers on hold and put on headphones so I don't disturb my neighbors just because I don't know how to divine the arcane hidden ways of Internet Explorer's integration with Windows.

Thinking I'm going to have to change my thinking on apartments and go for cheap studios. Would prefer a bigger place, but if I'm going to leave here, I'm pretty much going to have to start my career from scratch again, which means $12/hr.
