You know what is driving me bonkers at this new job? Searching the Web for troubleshooting tips, and seeing a billion videos, but no text steps. I don't want to put my callers on hold and put on headphones so I don't disturb my neighbors just because I don't know how to divine the arcane hidden ways of Internet Explorer's integration with Windows.
