I found the actual opinion online, versus a synopsis. This is absolutely not praise of Ken Paxton (Paxton's "statement" which is different than his legal opinion, really lets you know how he's wanting all this go), Governor Abbott, or the situation in Texas, but it's a fascinating read of a lawyer on a tightrope doing legalistic gymnastics to entertain two diametrically opposed audiences.
