Thoughts Before Bed

So my HTC U11 is on it's very last legs and i need an upgrade. I've waited too long for the HTC U12+, and it's no longer available for purchase from HTC...and it looks like that was their last phone ever. (Also, HTC is where I have a nice line of credit, so I don't have to pay for it all up front, which is no good anymore).

Any suggestions for an unlocked Android Phone? I don't need bells and whistles, just a good dependable phone (preferably with a REALLY good camera).
