Given the nightmare that is about to be Governor Abbott's forced opening of Texas before it's ready and it's forced march of employees into jobs or lose your unemployment insurance, I'm very glad I live in Washington State.

It may not be home, but my high-risk ass is safe here. I'm sorry for everyone else there.

One of the things I do worry about is the temperature checks that will likely be used when the states begin opening up. I'm a consistent 99.2, not 98.6. Even my doctor thought I was running a fever until our third or fourth visit.
