So, I'm adapting the no-carb diet, into something a little more manageable and happy making, since it seems to be working.

1) No carbs for six days a week....
2) ...unless my blood sugar gets below 120, in which case, have a reasonable amount.
3) One day a week (and holidays) go wild.
