So, one of my very early inspirations in comics, Reggie Byers, who worked on a very fun and quirky while also deadly serious comic I really loved, Shuriken, is bringing her back, thirty years later.

But she (and he!) need your help to get the comic back into print. Check out his kickstarter for his new Shuriken comic! Just up four hours, and already 10% of the way there!

Thoughts Before Bed

I don't think my artstyle can carry a comic. I mean, I totally thought so in the 80s and 90s, but I was young and a bit of a jerk and no, it really couldn't.

It works well for webcomics, though.

I should finish up those pencils....

Officially, analog TV was supposed to go away in Mid-2009. There was an exception, though, for low power TV which could continue to run until they could afford to switch over to digital.

The FCC finally said that in July 2021 all analog TV needed to shutdown. Turns out, there were more than a few TV stations still broadcasting in analog until that last day!
