Jul. 28th, 2021 02:39 amSo I set the AC to 72 when I got it, but it never felt like it was really cooling anything down. I dropped to 70, then to 68, and it was at 68 that it finally felt cool.
I do have the Vornado fan I got years ago that is really powerful and I'd use that to keep cool before the AC. I turned it on today cause the AC hadn't turned on, and it felt just a little warm. I didn't want to drop the AC down to 66(!) Then the AC turned on...
And it got FREEZING in here. It seems the AC cools the air and has its own fan, but doesn't really circulate well, so I'm not feeling the cooling. I ended up pushing the AC up to 72 and it felt great with the more powerful fan also running.
