Aug. 24th, 2021 12:54 pmSo my lunches tend to be "breadless breakfast sandwich." Eggs, sliced cheese, sausage, sometimes bacon. For the cheese I've used Gouda, Cheddar and Provolone.
I forgot to buy sliced cheese this week, and tried some shredded parmesian and, no, that didn't work, really. There was, however, some American cheese slices in the fridge, and it hadn't expired, so I decided to try that instead.
So the flavor of breakfast sandwiches? Melted American cheese. I could melt that over a tire, and it'd taste like a breakfast sandwich.
