So, if I'm making tacos next week, should I buy salsa/guacamole/tortillas? Or make them from scratch?

I can make all that from scratch, but then I'm going to freeze the tacos for eating throughout the week. I don't know if the homemade stuff will survive freezing. The processed stuff may not either, but will likely hold up better.

What do you, the viewer at home, think?
