Remember how the job was supposed to run till March? Nope. January 1st.
Remember the 40% hire rate? They hired everyone.
Not to mention that there's even MORE CYA scripting here than at Dell, none of which is Cover Your Ass, but simply "You have to say it because it sounds pretty."
I won't quit, though. Not yet, anyways. Not without another job in hand.
Frankly, I'm going to get out of the call center thing. YEs, I have experience, yes I've done it...but I'd rather go back to Kinko's (if they'll have me) and get fired for screwing up a print, instead of getting fired because I didn't use the caller's first name three times in a call.
Lemme call Kinko's again.
I'll be more concise as to what happened today tomorrow...when I plan to come home at 12:30AM, instead of 3:30.
