dolari4:30: Log into computer to take calls
6:00: I'm told to log out of my phne and go on a long lunch. I've taken 4 calls.
7:30: Back from lunch, I'm herded (with a small group) to a meeting room.
8:30: Wer're told to go home.
Friday was supposed to be one of those "You're gonna take 50 calls today!" situations. I took 29. Today, I got four in a n hour and a half. It seems that the XBox Live thing wasn't what they expected, and I think the herd is going to be culled.
Erin, who has call center experience as a call taker AND as a coach, basically told me that the hour in the meeting room was prlly bigwigs trying to decide if we're going to be fired, or stay on.
The problem here is the method they tend to do things: They're not going over stats or quality or numbers. It's "YOU YOU and YOU!"
I have the strange suspicion I won't have a job tomorrow. I still have my badge, so I'm guessing I have work tomorrow. Or will show up and be told "Turn in your badge."

PF Chang's is pretty good Chinese food.
I'm giving myself some extra sleep time tonight. I don't need to go in till 4:30, no need to wake up at 1PM...I can sleep till 2PM, and get out the door at 3:30PM.
Because of the job, the move and my general laziness, CS and AWFW will be pushed back a week.
I'll be the first to admit, I'm not going to miss the work, but I'll miss the paycheck. Assuming I ever GET one.
