dolari2:30 PM: "I haven't heard anything about a problem with your paycheck. I'll look into it and you'll have a response by the end of business today."
3:45: I run over to Harte Hanks to allegedly get my schedule. I get in line at the Big Office and watch as people walk into the room and come out mad, sad or pissed. I fiugre we're all being laid off and returning our badges and wahtnot. I walk in, and immediately the Imperal March from Star Wars begins playing in my head. The meeting room had no lights on, and one person sitting against a monitor, backlighting him like Darth Vader. I can see why people were crying. So I sit down, and without turning away from the monitor, the manager says "Jennifer? We'ver heard some great things about you." IT seems they're keeping me on. New hours are MON-WED, SAT-SUN, 3PM to Midnight. They mentioned I've gotten all hundreds on my reviews and they want to keep me. Good in that I have a job. Bad in that I'm bored silly.
4:45 PM: "I'm working on your check problem right now I'll call you back before 5PM"
5:45 PM "{Recording}Thank you for calling Adecco...our hours are 8 AM to 5 PM....."
