dolariWhat a very strange, yet charged day. Something kept me feeling like a spark of electricity could fly out of my fingers at any minute.
The dreams and my finally figuring just a LITTLE bit out of what the hell is going on around me gave a lift to my spirit. I checked my EMail and got something very...neat...
A friend basically introduced me to the world of Otherkin. Basically, people who, like Andrea, think they're somehting other than human. I'd never heard of this before and dived in and devoured anything I could get my hands on about it.
There really ARE people out there who think like Andrea, that they are angels (among other types of species). Incredible! And here I thought I was making up something from scratch.
After reading up on this, and getting Jenni The Odd (And maybe even Elenderel if she can forgive me :) ) to get the art for the revamped Wish for Wings, I'm stoked. So much so that parts of AWFW is getting revamped with the new info.
Especially when I asked Andrea herself if she was one of the Otherkin, and she told me point blank without hesitation...No. She is a True Angel. Period. ...evil grin...

While I have all this info now, and have had several people telling me I am more than I appear to be, I still do not believe myself to be anything other than a Person. But then again, I didn't think that chanting would work either.
More observation on the matter is necessary, before a final conclusion can be reached.
Woah - I channeled the Ilia probe for a second there. I gotta wash that Trekkie right outta my hair.
I'm gonna try that chanting again tonight, and see what it digs up. But PLEASE, let me sleep a full eight hours? No more of this broken sleep crap. :)
