Mar. 18th, 2002 04:10 amToday has been a WIERD WIERD day. Most of it spent watching Wrestlemania (No groaning you out there! I'm a geek,I admit it!) and Adult Swim. Most funky, though, has been the lights. They've been flickering all day long, and the power DID go out about midnight. Nothing weatherwise that would kill the lights. Just POOF. Lasted all of about thirty seconds. Now they're flickering again. Scaryness.
Actually, they just flickered really badly just now.
Anyways, while I watched TV in the background, I updated the AWFW site, readjusted a few links here and there added some new Other Art pages and generall updated a lot. I shouldn't get too excited at the people visiting my site...half those hit's'll be my own as I made sure everything worked. :)
It's funky...I have a chance to go back and clean up some of the stuff from Episode 6 and 7. I decided against it. Episode 6 just needed a little cleaning up. Episode 7 needed some serious color work (the DOS program I was forced to use decided to spread out a LOT of red and blue across the image), and that last panel is horrific. But you know - they're the way they are because of crap I had to go throuh,a nd I went through it. Better to keep them as a little flag that says "This was a shitty time. You're past it."
Carrot thinks my Shadowmen would look cute as a plushie. Ho boy. :) Actually, a plush Shadowman would be kinda cute....
I've just come into some money, and maybe a job.
Flickering lights be damned, things are looking up.
Oh, another thing!
The Episode immediately after The Dancing Shadows was Andrea's first day at school. Now it's probably going to be The Final Nightmare, which is Andrea's dream the night the Angels showed up. What I want your opinion on:
Should I make this dream the IMMEDIATE next episode? As in make it the dream she ahs after the Angel thingy, or should I have the first school day episode (Doubting Roger) and THEN go for The Final Nightmare?
On one hand, having the dream come immediately after will solidify Andrea's desire to be an angel, and give some clues about her family life. But if we have te first day at school, we have a chance to meet some of the secondary characters. But we'll also have Andrea demanding that she be an angel on just seeing the Angelfight.
I'm leaning towards having the dream immediately after the Angelfight, but what do YOU, the viewer at home, think?
