dolariOkay, today's episode of Cowboy Bebop (Toys in the Attic) MUST be shown to Dean. This I declare. The moral to Spike's story is something that strikes deep into his psyche - something he does, yet doesn't know he does. And thus he shall learn.
Erinlefey (paraphrasing): "Hmm. Ask for a visit, reply is noncommittal/neutra. Ask for a need, reply is positive." My brain DOES work that way...and I thought maybe the family did too. So I made a few choice comments here and there today.
Lessons learned?
Parental action can be created when pushed on from other sources than myself. That truck got fixed today. It's just a matter of getting a different wheel to squeak. Put the pressure on sibling-person, and things get done.
Hmmm...
Considering again making this friends only...hearing noises from father-person and mother-person that make em think they're accessing this journal. That wouldn't be a whole lotta fun while still living here. Considering coded names for people just in case.
Finished most of Closetspace #3. Still missing that one critical panel...will try from memory, tomorrow
Drinking WAY too much cola and tea. Bad for kidneys. Bad for blood sugar. Bad for teeth. Should stop.
Father-person is giong to work tomorrow, so I will hike Monday. I need to draw that last panel anyways tomorrow.
All in all, a neutral kinda day. Major victory on aggressive suggestion of courses of action via third party.
