Guy calls in and says his hard drive is noisy. No problem, let me start up a new case for you...
So I hit "New Case" and it pops up with about ten cases all in the last two days. We have not only replaced a HD for noise, but a CD for noise and he's already tried to get a motherboard from us as well.
He didn't get his fan.
