dolariEver had one of those days when yougo for a swim, and the next thing you know, the current has pulled you fifteen miles away with no hope of reaching outer banks? That's today.
Oy my freakin' vey...be VERY careful what you wish for, cause you'll get it. :) I'm hardware today, and I'm flooded likeyou wouldn't believe. just completely and totally inundated to the point of getting frazzled. Call after call after call. I wouldn't mind the speed if we were given more than a few hours of training, where even the trainer was pissed that we didn't have time to go over all the training.
Basically, I'm doing the sink or swim method of tech support. BS what you can't locate, and hope the tools will be intuitive enough to help you along. So far most of them have been, but when it's not in the KB, I'm lost. Hopefully, though, I'll figure it out.
My internet connection is now up and running via Realtime. no more competiong with my sister for internet use. It's not up yet, I hope it is before tomrorow. I don't wnat ANY passwords on my sister's machine. She's bad about running viruses on her machine.
