Okay...so you're instituting a new guideline that says that tech calls over twenty minutes are to be frowned upon...and installed ANOTHER new guideline that make getting approvals take twenty minutes.

I can't wait for the policy that says the calls must come in already troubleshot, parts must already be in dispatch and the machine must be picked before we hit "Available" on out phones....

The customer knows what the problem is; the part is already handy; you'll still need to have them wait 20 minutes for the gears behind the scenes on your side of the fence will let you complete the matter, I'm guessing.

Has someone already notified Scott Adams?
