And yet, the authorization process we have to go through (in which a 2nd Level technician basically goes over our stuff to make sure we actually troubleshot correctly...then promptly gets mad that I didn't reseat the hard drive to replace a broken latch on the display) takes twenty minutes to do.
My personal fave policy right now is the whole "We don't do escalations. Ever. And if you do one, I'm going to kick your ass."
Not to mention my L2 doesn't seem to like me very much.
