And when it happens twice in two different situations. So here's a hint for all you Dell owners who call in for tech support. If you're going to make fun of our voices, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make sure I've hung up before you start laughing at me. Ignorance is bliss, and ignorance of your own idiocy is a LOT better than being demoralized for the rest of the day. Won't you? Thank you....
