Apr. 17th, 2003 04:15 pmOkay...so you're instituting a new guideline that says that tech calls over twenty minutes are to be frowned upon...and installed ANOTHER new guideline that make getting approvals take twenty minutes.
I can't wait for the policy that says the calls must come in already troubleshot, parts must already be in dispatch and the machine must be picked before we hit "Available" on out phones....
