dolariOn an average day I take 10 to 15 calls the whole day. On a busy day, I'll take 20. On a Friday or Saturday I'll take at the MOST 10 calls.
I'm on #25 right now.
It seems that we're WAY understaffed, and I honestly believed I may have been the only person in the queue at one point. Not only are we way understaffed, but we're getting bombarded with legitimate international calls, too. While we can handle International calls, we're literally getting people who speak no English, calling their home countries for support in their own language, being transferred to the US lines.
I can handle the Spanish Speakers, no problem. The Germans, however....
So I'm high on the stressometer, and it looks like I may break 40 calls today. Oh, my vey.
Not to mention I messed up and clicked on one of my more risque (read: latest) Closetspace comics when pulling up a character sheet for inking. Man I hope that one doens't stay in the network cache. That's all I need.
