Jun. 11th, 2003 04:17 pmThe fact that all my dispatches are reviewed by senior techs is fine. Having them denied for legit issues is fine. Having them denied and being rude to me about my technical knowledge simply because the customer cant turn off his machine without stopping his business is bad.
