TUESDAY

Dean payed off the $230 above the original estimate, and even left work early in order to pick it up and pay it off. Dean picked me up, then the truck at 1AM. Then we did some last minute moving, grabbing the bed, a few boxes, the hibachi, and moved all THAT into the new apartment. We finished at 5AM. How Dean could survive on four hours of sleep, I dunno....

WEDNESDAY
A nice long trip to San Antonio, to cehck out the new brakes on the truck. The brakes are still "Gooey" but at least they don't hiss when I press them. And the emergency brake works! WOO! Ran the above invoice over with my Dad when I got home. he said I got a good price and they did a LOT of work. I felt really bad showing him the invoice, because he's always tried to fix my truck (tried being the operative word...he's never really FIXED it, just patched it).

THURSDAY
Stopped by to see Steph, and drop off her motherboards. We talked FOREVER. Seems that Steph, who has hated Sci-fi since I first tried to get her to read it, is taking a course in Science Fiction literature in college...and she's hooked. SWEET SWEET REVENGE. Now to give her those Babylon 5 videos I've been pushing on her for weeks now.

Mom decided we all needed a break, and took us to the circus. Is it just me, or are they just getting nakeder and nakeder every year? They've gone from leotards to bodysuits with JUST sequins in little special areas.

FRIDAY
Came back to Austin, truck is fine, we're all moved in - I just vegged the hell out.

SATURDAY
I've spent the entire day working in Closetspace for tomorrow, and, I hate to do this, but AWFW is going to be totally recycled. Next week's'll have new artwork, I promise.

.hack sign (the anime) is pathetic. Iron Chef, I've missed you.

BTW, I've been mammarilly inclined all day today. Take that for what you will. :)

I think that's part of the battery disposal fee.
