dolariUPS: When I setup an appointment for pickup, "Anytime after 4PM" does NOT equal 2:45PM.
I swear I'm going to start a 3rd Shift Concierge service, since the world refuses to consider that you CAN sleep during the day. We'll mail your packages, check your mail, get your groceries, get your dry cleaning - all during the day. And deliver them to you at night.
Cause I hate only getting a few hours of sleep. :P
