How Not to Build Morale, Part 2:

Take all your survivng techs, and consolidate them in one portion of the building. Mingle them with people whose job it is to answer the phone and say "Please stop calling us, we're being laid off" and you get technicians (like myself) nicknaming the area "The Green Mile."
