Just a few quick notes:
All last week I was running late for work due to oversleeping, so I've been not eating when I wake up, and running off to work with an MRE and eating it there when I'm hungry. I've noticed, if I eat half an MRE at 9PM when I finally get hungry, I get hungry again about 1AM. If I eat the other half at 1AM, I get hungry AGAIN about 6AM. And then get something from Taco Cabana or something on the way home. So, when I finally had a chance to wake up on time, I cooked my lunch, packed it up, and ate on the "I'm rushed" schedule. Before, I was forcing mysef to eat when I woke up, then at 11, then at 6. I'd fight hunger at 9PM and from 3AM-5AM. Which is not good, cause I overate.
However, a week of eating on the "rushed" schedule and I'm noticing my stomach is starting to slim down a bit. Now wether that's actual weight loss or just fat moving around due to hormones, I dunno. But I feel better. :)
My sleep pattern, though, needs to lay off. I'm on vacation. I should be allowed to sleep in. Esepcially if I go to bed late. Dammit. :)
