dolariI inrtoduced my supervisor to the joys of Pocky. And so begins his slow corruption.
So I reached into mypantry at random and pulled out a ramen package. And, lo, I was rewarded: SOTO MIE RAMEN!!!!!
Soto Mie is an indonesian lime-chicken soup, and while I've never actually had Soto Mie specifically, I fell in love with the Ramen Version of it. It's like a really good onion chicken broth, with noodles, a little bit of chilli spice and a squeeze of lime. I dunno about you, but I like citrus with chicken. Very tasty, and VERY recommended.
