dolariI'm superwoman today. I had an escalation to my manager (who I like because he actually takes escalations, versus deferring them), who then basically told me: "Take care of it"
Over the course of two hours, I contacted three different companies, poking and prodding to get an emergency repair of a computer for a (not-so) Big Company, and got it done. With a lot of help from my manager who was not onsite.
Customer is insane...but very happy. Which makes me happy.
Would I do it again?
HELL NO.
With the escalation and the relay call, this is shaping up to be an interesting week. :)
