Any chance you could send me information on what's going on with service for 3W73S51, an Inspiron 9100? Particularly service call# 61340025. A friend of mine sent it for depot service, and no one is giving her info. We're looking at seeing what the hold up is. A Dellserv call log would be very nice, too. ;)
