So I have this spindle of DVDs. They're 4.7GB. Knowing full well that they're NOT 4.7GB, I make a set of 13 RAR backups from my Desperately In Need of Backing Up Files at 4.5. This takes 35 hours to compress 72GB into 58GB.

So I take the first file and go to burn it to DVD..only to find out that 4.7GB on the label REALLY means 4.38.

Come one folks, stick to base 10 or base 16. Don't mix and match just to get the higher cooler sounding number. :P
