6:30PM - I take my second to the last call. Easy call.
7:59PM - Last call starts. I'm literally reaching for the logout button. Because it's 7:59, I HAVE to take the call.
8:00PM - Scheduled time off.
8:01PM - The call is about printers not working. Usually an easy fix, except in this case, these are magical not working printers that simply won't work despite Windows saying it's okay, and the printers saying they're okay, I begin troubleshooting the issue.,,,
8:30PM - The internet at work goes down. I begin manually telling the person on the other end troubleshooting tips that SHOULD work, but miraculously will not.
9:05PM - With no end in site for this issue, the pohone dissconnects. I ponder for several minute wether I should call her back now and have hours of manually telling her what to do, or simply call back tomorrow, when I'll have all my resources back.
9:06PM - Call back, but get nothing but fast busies. Our phones are down.
9:12PM - Home, with an hour of overtime, a problem that wasn't resolved, and will bug me until I cna call them back in the morning, and less that three hours before I have to be in bed.
