I've paid off most of all my bills (Electricity gets paid on my second paycheck of them month), and I ended up in the black by $50 or so dollars. Not bad. Not particularly good, but not bad. I figured since my next paycheck would be mostly free, I'd take my credit card, and throw $100 into Paypal for the Seattle Fund. I jumped into the bank's website to see how much I had on the card and....
They upped my credit line to $400.
SWEET.
Mind you - I can usually afford to pay off $200 if I max my card out for the whole month. $400 is doable in a pinch, but not something I want to do bi-weekly, which is how I'm paying it off now (I should be skipping every third month with just a minimum payment to keep my credit rating on the level, but I haven't out of the catastrophe that were my parents TWO bankruptcy filings).
To celebrate I put $200 from it into the Seattle fund. We're at $980. :) (I'll pay it back on the 18th, I promise.)
