The recipe calls for 14 ounces of flour. To me, that translated to 1.75 cups of flour.
That was 14 FLUID OUNCES. 14 WEIGHT ounces of flour is actually more than double that, once again proving that while this battle was sorta won, my long war with the oven is a LONG LONG way from over.
Considering these conversions involve arcane higher math, I'm saying "Screw it" and buying a scale. At least what I made was edible - proves I can make SOMETHING.
