I've been keeping tabs. Marking and clocking and noticing. In all the years of sleep problems, I've never done this before, and I think this definately shows my sleep pattern is totally out of whack:

I am completely and totally fighting sleep no matter how much I get and when, from exactly 2PM to 3:30PM. If I fight it enough, my energy level perks back up.

From 2AM to 4AM, no matter how much sleep I get and when, I'm wide awake.

Definate pattern there. No solutions as of yt. Even the 4 hour sleep doesn't make that 2PM-3:30PM battle ANY better.
